On Tuesday November 12, 2013 HE Jose A. Ruiz was inaugurated as the new Dean of the Diplomatic Corp.

The event was attended by over 30 Ambassadors and High Commissioners who welcomed HE Jose A. Ruiz as the new acting Dean. 

As his first act as Dean HE Ruiz presented The Ambassador of Poland, and previous Dean, HE Waldemar Dubaniowski with a gift of appreciation as he is departing his post as Polish Ambassador.

In addtion Dean HE Ruiz presnted The Ambassador of the State of Kuwait HE Abdulaziz Aladwani with a departing gift as well.
