The Ambassador of Panama acting on his condition of Dean of the Latin American Group of Ambassadors and acting on behalf of the Ambassadors of Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela and the Charge d’Affairs of Ecuador,  held the opening ceremony for the 4th Keppel Latin American Film Festival in Singapore. 

The festival aims to bring to the Singaporean public a wide representation of the contemporary film production in Latin America. Since its first edition the Festival has received the most valuable support of the Singapore Film Society, and enjoyed of a warm response from the public. This year’s edition  the Embassies of Ecuador and Panama are participating in the Festival for the first time.
