  With 1.32 still needed:

  Hunk #1 succeeded at 25 with fuzz 2.

  Fix was scheduled for 1.34

  Since 1.34 is out Mail::Send seems to work as well for me. If it
  stops working again, we need a passthrough mechanism in
  CPAN::Reporter/_dispatch_report().
