  Later we got Pod::Coverage 0.19 which supercedes parts of the
  initial bugreport.

  Then came a bugfix on Test-Simple 0.71 which broke the test suite.

  Then I made the third patch that ONLY fixed the Test-Simple thing
  (because the prototype bugs in the tests do not really interest me
  because they are not fatal). It's referenced in
